Savour the elegance of this Petit Gâteau, a confection that captivates both the eyes and the palate. With its refined appearance and exquisite flavour, it offers a fruity peach cream made using Italian meringue and fruit custard filled with a peach gelee and Jaconde sponge, in which is then coated in a chocolate cocoa butter coating and sprayed with a velvet finish.

In this class, participants will not only learn the art of creating delectable treats but also gain the confidence to recreate them at home. Comprehensive recipes will be provided, empowering attendees to replicate the flavours and textures they've mastered during the workshop in the comfort of their own kitchens.

After putting the finishing touches on their creations, participants will have the pleasure of taking their masterpieces home. Whether it's to share with loved ones or simply enjoy for themselves, these beautifully garnished treats are sure to impress.

Attire Guidelines:

To maintain a safe and hygienic environment, we kindly ask participants to adhere to specific attire guidelines. Closed-toe shoes and full-covered clothing are required to ensure comfort and safety throughout the class. Aprons will be provided for all participants to protect their clothing, and we encourage attendees to tie back their hair to maintain a sanitary workspace.

Additional Information:

In addition to the hands-on experience and take-home treats, participants will receive comprehensive recipes to continue their culinary exploration beyond the workshop's conclusion. These recipes serve as a valuable resource for honing newfound pastry skills and experimenting with flavours in their own kitchens.

Located in the prestigious UNOX Academy at Unit 7/100 New St, Ringwood VIC 3134, our workshop provides an ideal setting for an immersive culinary experience. Please find map guide in entering the facility.

Age restrictions:

Students must be 18+ years old to attend the class, however exceptions of students ages 10+ can attend with the supervision of a guardian who also requires a ticket entry for the class. 

Cancellations/ Rescheduling

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the workshop date.

If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than one week (7 days) before the workshop date, a $50 fee will be incurred.

No-shows will result in the booking being forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.

Exceptions may be made in the case of a valid and reasonable reason for not attending, subject to approval by our team.
