Workshop Overview:

Get ready to have fun and learn a lot in our tart-making class! We'll teach you how to make everything from scratch, starting with a thin, crispy tart shell. Then, we'll add delicious layers like Raspberry rose curd, raspberry gel, and white chocolate mousse. Finally, we'll show you how to glaze your tart perfectly.
Don't worry about remembering everything - we'll give you all the recipes! And after you've decorated your tart, you can take it home with you to enjoy.
Our special White Chocolate Raspberry Tart is made to please everyone. It's a hit with crowds, so come join us and learn how to make your own amazing desserts at home.
Attire Guidelines:
To ensure a safe and hygienic environment, participants are required to adhere to specific attire guidelines. We kindly request attendees wear closed-toe shoes and full-covered clothing. Aprons will be thoughtfully provided for the duration of the class, and participants are encouraged to secure their hair to maintain a sanitary workspace.
Location: Located in the prestigious UNOX Academy at Unit 7/100 New St, Ringwood VIC 3134, our workshop provides an ideal setting for an immersive culinary experience. Please find map guide in entering the facility.

Age restrictions:
Students must be 18+ years old to attend the class, however exceptions of students ages 10+ can attend with the supervision of a guardian who also requires a ticket entry for the class.
Cancellations/ Rescheduling
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the workshop date.
If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than one week (7 days) before the workshop date, a $50 fee will be incurred.
No-shows will result in the booking being forfeited, and no refunds will be provided.
Exceptions may be made in the case of a valid and reasonable reason for not attending, subject to approval by our team.
