Additional info regarding macaron tower orders
If customers already own a 4 or 6-tier tower there is an option to purchase without the tower and just have the macarons packed in a box for them to arrange themselves or they can provide the tiers prior to pick up.
How to store
After receiving the macaron tower please keep them refrigerated, however, if required for immediate display they can be outside of the fridge for up to 3 hours. To ensure the towers can fit in the fridge please remove at least 1 layer of the shelves and they can be stored with or without the carrying case. The carrying case ensures the macarons can keep its best quality without drying out or tasting like the fridge.
Shelf life
Macarons have a shelf life of up to 2 weeks if stored correctly. Best eaten within the first week of purchase.
How to clean the towers
Cannot be washed in the dishwasher.
Gently pull apart the layers they should pop off. Using a damp cloth wipe each layer and store by placing them on top of each other. Assemble back into the carrying case and store in a cool dry place for next time.
